Individual Therapy

We provide a warm & welcoming environment for individuals to meet one-on-one with his or her therapist. Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life.  Many people find they enjoy the therapeutic journey of improving or healing and will even go to ongoing therapy for self-growth.

Family & Couple's Therapy

"You don’t develop courage by being happy in your relationships everyday. You develop it by surviving difficult times and challenging adversity."

— Epicurus

A family or couple is any grouping of people who consider themselves as such. Frequently, families identify one person as “the problem” and want that person “fixed.” Often, it can make greater sense to work with the whole family rather than just the individual. That is because dysfunction rarely occurs in a vacuum. With mental illness, the whole family, from spouses or significant others to parents, children, & siblings, are affected & can play a crucial role in the healing process.

Group Therapy

In group therapy, clients can benefit from seeing the challenges of other group members. Individuals are able to draw on the concepts and strengths of the group in order to reach their goals. However, the strength of a group isn’t confined to one form of therapy; virtually anyone can benefit from seeing their peers face the same challenges and issues. Group therapy provides a safe, judgement-free setting for clients to experience these benefits.
