Self Pay Rates:

If we are not in network for your insurance, we can bill towards your out of network deductible at our self pay rate.
We offer a sliding-fee scale for self pay clients and our therapists will gladly work with you to determine the best option for you.
Cost per one hour session: $125 - $220

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

Missed appointments or appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of $50.00.
We require a debit/credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be waived or applied to future services.

Additional Information:

Before setting up an appointment, we will check your benefits and communicate the fees to prevent any surprises on the day of the appointment.
Please note that company policy for Courage Counseling mandates that any court appearance from our therapists requires a deposit of $600.00 from the client. Deposit must be paid before court date. Any additional time required by therapist at court after 4 hours will be billed towards client at the rate of $100 per hour.
